When we first got broadband with sky we had a lot of dropped signal and buffering problems. Reluctant to waste time on the phone to you we waited and the problem settled over the next month to two.
This problem has returned, we frequently lose broadband as well as WiFi signal around the house. We frequently have to turn WiFi off and use our mobile data to go online and use our personal mobile hotspots for streaming.
We expected better service paying for Sky's top broadband.
Please help.
