Broadband connection

Message on TV saying connection cannot be established. Have run test and it says everything is working

@Ali1964   First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

My Sky broadband service is down as well (both WiFi and wired ethernet). Unhelpfully, the Sky broadband service test page says everything is fine, and it gives me no option to escalate to Sky support. This is a CityFibre connection. It went down at about 11.30am.
downdetector.co.uk is reporting problems with Sky and CityFibre so it looks like a widespread problem.

There seems to be an issue in the Bournemouth area from around 11am this morning so not widespread as far as I can see.
