Broadband connection stalling

Speed says it's fine, but connection fails during teams meetings, "Poor network quality".

@GS251  Are you using wifi to connect with teams?   Are you not able to try ethernet instead?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
