Broadband connection slow

Hi,

 

my internet seems to slowed down for a reason I didn't understand. Waited for more than 48 hours, still the same. Nothing ever moved in the house but internet slowed down.  

please find a reason why because I'd leave right not from Sky if I had a chance.

@AB92 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Threats to leave simply dont work as Sky will hit you with cancellation charges if you are still in contract and they have not been given a reasonable chance to sort the issue. Switching suppliers if there is a line issue means the problem moves with you if the new supplier uses the same line.

 

There  are mutiple reasons for speeds at your devices to vary. Sky test the speed to the hub every day you can find the results in for the last 21 days by running the Service Checker in the My Sky app and clicking through from the last speed check. If the line speed has dropped that will show it. If there is a continuing issue the app should offer help.
