Hi, I've just moved to a new place and have moved sky with me, I've got a message today that the switch over to the new address is done but i don't get internet. I've followed the steps but nothing changes.
I'm using the grey cable as there is one socket only.
Power and wifi lights are green, internet light is off, voice light is off.
I need to work from home tomorrow so this is urgent.

Activation could be at any time up to midnight. Might be worth calling Sky to chase up?
