Our WiFi has been poor for weeks now. Some apps just don't work unless I turn WiFi off

I changed hubs but the problem was there before we changed. We just can't use all our apps like we used to be able to. I think it must be a problem outside our house

@Lee119 run the full conection test in the My Sky app as thst can offer to book an engineer if it finds an issue. It will tell you your current connection speed.
