Broadband:connection not working

My broadband is never working, I've used almost all my monthly data of 10gb since Saturday as it keeps switching to data when my wifi drops. I reported it after doing the connection tests a few days ago, said there was an external fault that an engineer would attend to, then a text to say fault sorted but my broadband still isn't connecting for my phone. Tv is working but not mobile other than on 4g using my data

@Becki69 Was more than likely pulled down for Network Maintenance, it happens and at anytime but normally in the early morning hours so it is just one off those things!
