Broadband connection keeps dropping out

Our connection keeps dropping out regularly. It normally drops out for a minute or two and then comes back. When I run a broadband check it says everything is okay which it is when the test is done but later it will drop out again. We've reported this problem several times and had engineers out but it's still not resolved. This problem needs resolving once and for all!
