Says connection good but Xbox, Switch and Whatapp not working

All tests say connection is good, WiFi apparently 76mps. TV, streaming, internet, work calls all fine. But kids can't play any games online through Xbox or Switch, and updates have all stopped, and Whatapp not connecting via WiFi (works fine through 4g when disconnect from WiFi).

 

Yes I have turned everything off and on again, reset the router and modem numerous times. I just don't get why some of our internet services are fine, whilst others aren't working at all?
