Broadband connection issues
Hi,
we are experiencing connectivity issues with broadband for the past few month and lately it gets really bad. The router is restarting by itself at least few times a day. This morning 4 times within an hour. It disturbs my works really bad and suddenly loosing connection is not acceptable. We have chosen not me of the fastest internet for a reason and it is simply not there. Your service checker shows that all is fine, and it is not when ALL decides in the house loose connection at the same time. I would like to get it sorted asap alternatively I will be forced to change provider.

Re: Broadband connection issues
Incase you are not aware this is a community where customers help each other so you are not talking to Sky.
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
