Broadband connection issues

Hi. I've had a broadband issue all day. I have tried the online issue checker and it says there may be a problem. There is a problem. I can't connect any devices to the internet. I've tried to do it through online promos but to no avail. Can someone please give me a number for sky support so I can call someone? Many thanks. I'm in the uk. 🙏

@GrantHamlet

For your information you do have a Sky Talk landline as it's bundled with your broadband package but you have chosen not to connect an actual handset which is fine and entirely your choice.

In the future if you have a cheap handset you only need to plug it in when you need to call Sky (dialling 150 free) if and when there's an issue.

The forum doesn't allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.

Although that often isn't going to work so well if the broadband is actually out, and particularly once PSTN is discontinued.
