Hi
Firstly, is there an option to talk to a Sky agent about an issue? Because I can't for the life of me find it. If not, that's pretty poor. And the closest I've got is that bot, which is totally useless and just takes me round in circles.
Our internet connection has completely gone and I need to get in touch with someone about it. Ideally via a live messenger chat.

Hi. Nope, I'm still not seeing such an option. There are multiple tabs for various things, but nothing about talking to an agent in a chat message.

Even if we escalate your post on the forum now to chat with an agent, its not a live chat as replies are not instant & they usually finish work around 6pm anyway.

If its any consolation, I feel your pain, i've been having issues all day too. Bot is useless. Phone number a colleague found does not connect from my phone. Close to tears. I WFH and just back after 1 week holiday, over 100 emails & got nothing hardly anything done all day! Just hoping it will fix overnight 🙏 As soon as my contract up I'm jumping ship.

i too am having same issues. chat bot makes me want to smash it to oblivion. one of the most useless AI I have come across. No direct chat options and phone call not an option. Without swearing or being rude what (removed) am I suppose to do about slow internet/bad wifi and sky not having any lines of communication open to it's customers
