Internet says it’s unpaused but no connection

My Internet on my PC says on the app that it is connected and unpause on my PC it says that it's paused and no Wi-Fi is getting to it please help 🙏

Hi,

I seem to have issues with the wifi pausing option on my account. We pause the childrens phones and laptops on an evening but for some reason when they are unpaused they have stayed paused and I have tried rebooting the devices but all still paused. If someone could help that would be great

Anyone had answers for this at all? 

I have deleted the app, deleted the profiles.  Re-set them and also booted the hub.. still nothing - please help.

Sounds like there is a glitch in the app and its not working properly if others are also experiencing the same

I've tried all that too and no joy. 

I phoned them this morn and was told a temp fix is to do a WPS reset - by holding WPS button for 30 secs... this should work.

I'm not at home so haven't tried yet but hopefully it works.

Note that's a full Hub reset: they are using the WPS button for both purposes.

The wps reset worked
