Broadband connection dropping out multiple times

Hi, I am having issues with my broadband connection dropping out on multiple occasions. Sometimes multiple times a day. It seems that running a connection test on mysky app seems to resolve the issue

@mikemac0070 can you post your hubs ststs and what happens to the LEDs on the hub when you lose connection. See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

The internet and phone leds cycle between orange and flashing orange.

 

Then when I run the line test on my sky app the connection reconnts

Hi @mikemac0070 

Your WAN uptime when you posted the screenshot was 36hrs so doesnt suggest a drop or multiple drops per day. Do you notice it on all devices at once or only WiFi connected devices?

I notice it on all my Wired and wireless devices. 

 

My Wan connection has been stable for some time now.

I am fully expecting it to drop out again.

Sky have performed a line test and they have booked an engineers visit

I am having very similar problems !

Middle LED on Router goes ot / flashes orange then returns green ?

WIFI drops out on Mobile Phones and Laptop.

Do I need my Roter replacing ?

My phone line has gone really crackly, is there a PHONE NUMBER to contact SKY - as I would like to get an Engineer to visit ?
