Broadband connection box

I had the wrong broadband connection box sent out to me. And I have since received a text saying my correct connection box is on its way. But I have still not received it and had no further contact.

Open reach has been out today and connected. But still no box. And I can't seem to get hold of a human to ask whereabouts it is. Can anyone help
