Broadband checks the wrong address

Broadband falls out so What's App doesn't work and picture goes on the TV then cones back! 

when asking broadband to check it checks London addrsss not Bath

Do you have another address as it should check the one shown on your account so is this correct ?

My address is in Bath. Since 2022 but recently the broadband is going wrong sending me messages to check my WiFi when it's on and ok. Checking broadband it checks London address SW12 instead of BA1 which is where I live.

id like an engineer to phone and explain and put this right

My address is correct on my SKY account but not when Broadband checks my service it flashes up my London address. So I am having problems its checking the wrong area declaring that it is fine!!
