Broadband cheaper?

I am wanting to get my broadband cheaper.  Can you help please?  An email address?  Online chat forum?

The best way is to call sky on 150 from your landline or sky mobile or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

Or if in Ireland

Call sky ireland on

08.185.00.27.2
Remove all the full stops

 

And ask to speak to retentions to renegotiate

May be best to call @Lozzatheloz 

Dial 150 from your Sky landline or Sky Mobile or 0333-759-1583 from any other phone, if you're in ROI, the number is 08-18-50-019-2.
When calling, ignore the message at the beginning and stay on the phone as long as you can. If the system sends a text message and asks you to hang up, don't.
If asked for the reason of the call, just say speak to advisor or cancel, nothing else. Finally you should be put in the queue for an advisor.

The Message Us option loads at the end, don't worry it's not just for cancellations.
