Broadband buddy - unnamed devices

Hello. 

I recently upgraded my broadband and now all the devices (apart from sky) are coming up as unknown! It's so frustrating. 

I have no idea which device is which and I use this app to control when my kids can have access online. 

just don't understand why the names don't show. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise it's not worth the £5 a month if I can't use the app.

Have you tried factory resetting the hub?
