On and off for 6 months now the internet keeps on dropping out and the box keeps being up orange lights. This has been on going, and keeps happening every other week
please can a new broadband box be sent out in replacement of this one.
i have tried to phone but cannot seem to get through, and every time we go onto the check my broadband it comes up as nothing wrong

Best option is to call Sky to check your line of you keep having outages.
