Broadband box

On and off for 6 months now the internet keeps on dropping out and the box keeps being up orange lights. This has been on going, and keeps happening every other week

 

please can a new broadband box be sent out in replacement of this one.

i have tried to phone but cannot seem to get through, and every time we go onto the check my broadband it comes up as nothing wrong

@DemiEdwards99  Nothing can or will be sent to you on the back of a community post, no one here knows who you are or where you live.

 

Best option is to call Sky to check your line of you keep having outages.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
