Broadband and tv??

So I had issues purchasing broadband over the app, called sky and have been transferred to the Sky broadband sales team. She's set that up for me but asked in the meantime "do you use any streaming sites like Netflix?" I agreed and she said she can set up a discounted membership for me or something like that, WHY HAS SHE ORDERED ME A SKY TV PACKAGE???? I have NOT agreed for any extras but just the blinking broadband, and she's disabled my acess to mysky app, why????

@Aniafrania call back and decline the TV package if you dont want it. Some agents are over keen to push sales. Netflix via Sky is cheaper but you get a lot of other channels thrown in..
