Broadband and sky Q issues

My broadband and sky Q box are running incredibly slowly and dropping out. It's taking around 20 seconds for tv guide to load or recordings to play.

Worth noting that your recordings & TV guide are not dictated by the speed of your broadband unless you are watching on a Sky Q mini box instead of the main box.
