Broadband and satellite not working

My Sky box is not connecting with my broadband and the satellite is not working either. This has been going on for almost a week now, if not longer.

@MezNight You may wish to take a look on the Sky Q part of the Forum as it will have more details off what to do now sky have sorted the problem out!
