Broadband and phone line not working

My phone and broadband have not been working since Tuesday  17th September. I have not had any update or emails to advise what is going on. I work from home and this has made it impossible to work at my house. Can I have an update on what the issue is and when it is going to be fixed.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
