After any kind of help. The broadband and phone keeps dropping every 10 minutes or so and then comes back up.
The service checker says there's a problem in our area since 17th December. This has now updated to since 20th December but still gives no idea of when it will be fixed.
Is there any way of knowing if this is an area issue and is actually being worked on or does it need to be escalated?
