Broadband and mobile signal not working

Hi there recently moved to sky broadband and mobile, since joining we have had issues with internet, there are 5 devices being used at home, not one working with the internet. My sim is with sky and I'm also struggling to get onto the internet even if it's not on Wi-Fi and using my data? Tv wasn't working in the internet aswell, if this problem keeps up then I will be cancelling my subscription both internet and sim
