Bad Bungalow Wi-Fi

Hi, I've checked my Wi-Fi connection and speed and everything shows as working fine. Yet, my tv won't stay connected to the Wi-Fi. Additionally, the Wi-Fi isn't stable/good around the house. For example, it is weak in the back rooms.

P.S we live in a bungalow.

@Jess51 if your bungalow has solid internal walls you sre going to need more thsn a single Sky hub to grt decent wifi in rooms with more tgan a couple of walls between them and the hub. Sky market a package called Wifi Max (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max) which can havecup to 3 Wifi extender pods but doesntvwork with Sky Q currently.

Alternstively you can buy third party Wifi kits like my own TP-Link Deco system which have multiple satellite units ro extend thecsignal. These can be cheaper innthe long run thst oaying Sky every month.

@Jess51 I also live in a bungalow with solid walls, give Sky a call or a live chat, I added a booster, which they provided for free. This solved our issues.
