Broadband & network issues

Had Sky fibre installed Monday & both broadband & network keep dropping. Connection to Q box keeps being lost approx every 30 minutes or more often. 
Repeatedly manually reconnecting & works but drops out again sometimes as soon as 5 minutes

I'd like an engineer to come and sort it as we've followed all the instructions repeatedly
