Broadband address

I think I have listed my address for the sky wrong as I'm in a block of flats. I think this is why my broadband and wifi isn't connecting. Does anyone know how to change my details for my address

@Thea3 you will need to call Sky to get this sorted which isnt going to be easy today as the lines are very busy due to an issue with Sky Stream and Sky Glass.

That's unlikely, unless you've just moved to the address in question.
