Broadband activation

Broadband activation was meant to be Friday the 31st. It's the 2nd now and I still have no internet. Box is plugged in but internet light is orange.  When I check service on my account it says my broadband isn't with them?

Are you switching from another supplier to Sky because if so it appears as though the activation hasn't taken place yet for some reason so you might want to see if you can call Sky about this to see if they have an update for you.

No there was no switch from a previous provider needed. 
I can't find a number to call from ROI? And the chat function is not helping.
