My broadband was due to be activated yesterday 05/06/2023. I got a reminder yesterday morning however heard nothing after then. It is still not activated and had no updates. I have seen numerous people on here have had the same issue as me and was wondering if someone would be able to let me know how it was resolved. Many thanks.

Sky activated my broadband the following day 06/06/2023 at 11.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mabel32 Are you able to check track orders in my account to see if anything is in place that an issue was found to stop the activation. If there is nothing in track orders come back and this can be sorted out another way on the forum.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I checked my orders and it states 'Action Required' and 'Your broadband activation has changed'.. it tells me to got to the message center for more information however when I check I have no recent messages. The last message I received was on 03/05/2023 reminding me of the activation.
