I've just switched my broadband supplier from Cuckoo to SKY, and am due an engineer visit this coming Wednesday. My question is, I already have Full Fibre in my house through City Fibre, I'm just switching supplier and moving up speeds, so do I actually need an engineer to visit?
@Snoots1969 In theory that would be a NO, but there has been a post via a sky CF OP user who had to get one as CF did require to swapout there ONT that he had from them, not sure why but it did happen!
