Broadband activation date

Hello, I have set up with you for the first time as we have just moved into our new home today at very short notice. Broadband won't be set up until the 26th and my son is disabled so I am going to struggle for 2 weeks with not having his iPad and I am just wondering if there is any way I can get a sooner date please?

Afraid not. Openreach dictate the activation date and it can't be brought forward.

@SammieJJKJ unfortunstely that is very unlikely as thecsatevyou have beeb given is the first one on the local Openreach diary as it is their job to activate your service. You can operate an iPad from a phone's hotspot know its not ideal but it wofks.
