Broadband/WiFi issues

Had no internet all weekend, sky have sent a new hub, installed yesterday, was fine until this morning. Same issues, Amber light on voice, internet drops out. Service checker saying everything is fine. We never had issues like this with virgin, massively regretting changing providers.

@Kulou12 when troublecshooting broadband issues switching the hub is a common first step in your case it has not worked probably because there iscan issue with your line. Call Sky when them when their lines open in a few minutes to getvan engineer assugned to check your connection. Intermittent faults are hard to sort as often there are no issues if the fault is not present when tested.

Been having issues with speed and general responsiveness when on WiFi all weekend as well.

Im currently on hold, sky seem to think its an issue with open reach. I'm really frustrated with it now.
