My connection between the router and Q Box has been lost twice in a week. This has happened before a few months ago and Sky replaced my router then when it happened again I was sent a new QBox. I have had Sky for 7 years with no issues yet in the last 6 months this has started and continues to be an issue. My router and Q box have always been locate in the position they are now so what do you suggest.
