Broadband Upgrade

Sky have offered me an upgrade to Full Fibre 150 at a cheaper monthly cost than I'm currently paying for (copper cable) Superfast which includes Sky Talk Anytime. My question is if I upgrade to fibre will I still have a landline?  I'm assuming this would simply remain on the Openreach copper network?

So long as you don't have a bt branded digital voice phone then any phone with a bt phone jack will do

The phone plugs into the rear of the sky hub so in effect you have internet calls instead of landline calls

Forgive me if this sounds like a silly question but I dont need to upgrade my telephone handset to receive internet calls do I ?

On the 21st March you informed me that the broadband speed being delivered did not meet you standard. I was offered un upgrade so that the contract speed was being met. I have been trying this morning to take up this offer and made not progress at all speaking to your virtual assistant. Does anyone know how to speak to a human?

@LGproblem you are not talking to Sky support when posting in this forum. While you can call in and talk to an sgent by simply not accepting help from the bot I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
