Broadband Upgrade Delay

I have a message from Sky on 26th June saying my Broadband upgrade is delayed. Since then I have heard nothing. What is happenning?

As we are customers here all we can say is that the latest on your order should be found here:

 

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

 

Other than that you will have to call Sky.
