You need to connect a device to your router by ethernet cable and run speedtest.net.

No, report back here and we will try to help further.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Baldystrok The minimum speed guarantee is for your line access speed(speed to the router) and not your download/throughput speed(which speedtest shows).
Your router speed should be shown in your account and If that drops below the minimum for a set period(3 consecutive days I think) you can claim back your monthly subscription cost.
I you are experiencing poor throughput and are only using ethernet then tynusih WiFi to see what that shows, if that is also slow call Sky and report the issue, realistically there is nothing the forum users can do to help in this matter.

If you are on Ultrafast Plus and as you, like Sky, cannot obtain the access line speed using the online test, then the nearest you can get to an access speed to check for below minimum is by connecting to your router by ethernet and using a speed check site like speedtest.net.
There are reports on the forum where this is an issue and in my recent experience, a remade connection and replacement of the ONT were required to obtain the 550/75 profile of Ultrafast Plus.
