Broadband Speed below guarantee

Since Jan 9 2025 broadband speed below guarantee and connection issues intermittently with Sky Q and Sky Q mini box. I have tried ALL the suggestions but no improvement. I just want to speak to a PERSON. How can I get proper help?

Broadband speed below  minimum speed  sky **bleep**  can get to speak to anyone  there help is **bleep**

Broadband below guaranteed speed

Only got 17.7 broadband speed sky says that OK  when  min guaranteed speed 18.7 can get to speak to anyone  to sort it out. Second time had problems  first  sent  engineer  changed hub then OK can get yo speak to anyone  sky **bleep** when you want to speak to anyone  they don't want you  to communicate with them  when you have a  problem  make it almost impossible

Thousands of customers manage to call Sky daily. What's happening when you call, or have you left it until the call centres have closed for the day?

That indicates a lengthy or poor copper line: Sky and any other Openreach ISP is likely to offer early release from a minimum term rather than expect Openreach to improve the situation prior to the arrival of FTTP.
