Broadband Slow

My Sky Broadband is "working" but it's exceptionally slow on my mobile devices.

 

is there a fix for this issue?

I've checked mine and apparently there's an outage and they're working their best to fix it within 48 hours . They should have notified us first. Ive been using my data since morning I don't even know if it's almost finished or not 🤦🏼‍♀️
