Broadband Shield website doesn't work.

When I try to access the Broadband Shield page on your website it doesn't work. It has been like this for weeks since I purchased Sky Broadband. 

When I click the link to take me to the page I get the following error message. 

Even though on the previous page it gives me the option to upgrade my package or view my billing.

@MichealO if you are dure you are signing in with the Sky id linked to the a ccount you will have to call Sky to get this sorted.

I've tried ringing they're not very helpful, so if you could get one to message then it might work better here

@MichealO Inhavexescalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
