Broadband Service keeps dropping out

I called last week regarding an issue with broadband service where it keeps dropping out for about 5/10 minutes. This is a problem with broadband source not the wifi. Broadband is provided by CityFibre so I need to get put through to them. The last time I spoke to them they asked me to take photos / videos of issues which I have now done and would like to share.

You need to recontact your ISP which is Sky. If City Fibre operate like Openreach they won't deal directly with the end customer.
