Broadband Router not connecting to Sky Box

Sky router won't connect to Sky Q Box or Mini Boxes.

I have tried to reconnect and reset none of which has worked

@Tracy601 Sky Broadband hub the black one, or the sky Max hub the white one, second post tonight with Q issues?

@Tracy601 Ok, white one is not good with the sky Q/mini options and is nothing to do like the earlier post if you come accross it, so going to link the information, you now need to treat the network as a NON sky connected mesh, Q and the mini are the only two that go together!

If you find that you cannot make it all work then you will need the assistance of a sky TV / sky Q/mini expert, they will require to bolster the mesh network between the sky Q and the sky mini with an older sky Booster now if you are trying to do this all wireless wifi connected!
