Broadband Outage’s
Hi, we keep experiencing full broadband outages, please can tell me if it's the equipment or an issue outside my home.

@Jason157 nobody can answer that including Sky without investigating. If your Sky hub is losing connection multiple times each day (ie the leds on the hub change (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) Check the physical connection in your homeif they are fine run the service checker in the My Sky app which can offer to book an engineer to check the line.
If it doesnt you can call Sky to report the issue but be warned Openreach have a threshold before they will book a check especially on partial fibre lines as the automatic line management system are designed to stabilise the connection and it is only when these cannot do thst without dropping speeds below the minimum that they manually intervene.
