Thanks sky for turning off my copper broadband a week before the new fibre broadband installation is due to be completed leaving me with no broadband, limited sky services, incorrect billing and huge mobile data usage each day. Told that they can't just switch back on even though it was easy to turn off !!!!!!!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lee700 it is highly unlikely to have been Sky as disconnections are done by Openreach who occasionally get dates wrong and it is normaly impossible to gat a connection restored.
