TR12 6  been out since yesterday too.

They have booked an engineer to come out on 2nd April. We have nothing not TV, Phone, Internet 

I went to Argos in Helston this morning and bought a wireless hotspot that takes SIM cards. I then bought a Vodafone SIM from Sainsbury's and woo hoo!! By wedging the hotspot device in the roof of our log store we get a little bit of data. It is kind of nice not having TV tbh.

Sky community is all very well and lovely. What action do Sky take as a result of it? We're still down from Saturday. The earliest I could get an engineer to come is Thursday, but with so many people unable to connect I'm not sure what they're going to be able to do. The fault seems to be well upstream.

We can see that the problem has been resolved for most people, however do know that there are is a small amount of customers who are still impacted. If you've reset your hub and continue to have trouble, we'd recommend running a fresh check against service checker to see if it picks up on your problem and provides further support.

Have run the checker again and it's failed on both Hone Internet and Browdband so still no good here (in Tresowes Hill TR13 9)

It would appear you are mistaken. I live in the TR12 6 area near Helston and we still have no service. Please can you ensure that your colleagues are aware there is still a problem.
