I'm in Honiton, Devon and we're the same. The router had a solid red light, so I turned it off then on again, and now it's just a slow flashing green. We've had nothing but problems since we switched to Sky's "super fast broadband" earlier this year - it might be faster, but we have more issues than ever!!

So tried rebooting have checked all connections and no issues my end. When checking my app says I've had no broadband since just after 1am but nothing reported in local area. Well sky I'm trying to report it but can't talk to a human!!!!!!

Same in Tiverton. Why is it always the same? System goes down and the app says 'test not available at the moment '...sort it out sky
