Discussion topic: Broadband/Open Reach

Just moved into new property and have chosen Sky broadband and sky stream Received bits from Sky and now awaiting for Open Reach to come, although I'm a bit confused as we already have an Open Reach box already outside our property so unsure why an engineer is coming.

Anyone help a newbie?

What box do you have, mastersmocket or ont with pon, los etc lights
