Broadband Not working

I'm waiting for my newborn band to be connected, but has not been connected yet and my old broadband has stopped working

@Lisajaneyoung When and what was this all supposed to happen? Has sky given you an activation date for the connection to go live? Are you moving broadband providers, upgrading etc, you do not say and the Forum is not sky Customer service.
