Broadband Max router to be returned

Hi all,

 

i have been waiting for sky to send me a return label but they have not and now im

getting charged £53! What should i do 

 

the box is waiting and has not been opened!

Any return packaging sent out should show on your account
https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

It’s important that you keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
