Broadband Max hub delivery

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help, we are in the middle of switching to Sky for our broadband and our activation is on the 10th September.

The only delivery we have received is a box with a power cable and an ethernet cable. There was no hub in the box, like the leaflet said there should be. Is this correct or does it come in a separate delivery?

I'm concerned as there is only 2 days left until it switches and we work from home so we can't be without the Internet.

If there was a space in the box where a Hub should be then that definitely sounds like a mistake: it should all be included with no separate delivery.

Re: Broadband Max hub delivery

Thanks for the reply, I'll give Sky another call.

I've phoned Sky already and they said it would be 2 separate deliveries but it doesn't feel right, why just send a power cable and an ethernet cable. 🤣 I just wanted to see how others had received theirs.
